What the source record says
Multi-tenant colocation facility originally built as CenturyLink/Cyxtera's AB3 site (Cyxtera acquired via Brookfield's ~$2.8B 57-site transaction, May 2017); rebranded Centersquare in late 2025. Capacity MW figures conflicted across sources (1.35-6 MW) and were omitted rather than guessed.
