EdgeConneX is the developer/facility owner; Lambda is the sole tenant in a build-to-suit, single-tenant, purpose-built 23 MW building for Lambda's AI workloads (600+ kW/rack, hybrid liquid-to-chip + air cooling). Distinct from the excluded CoreWeave/Flexential colo tenancy (a shared multi-tenant colo cage) - this is a dedicated purpose-built building. Press releases say 'Chicago' but EdgeConneX's Chicago-area campus is in Elk Grove Village, IL (Cook County); the Lambda building address is unpublished, so coordinates use the Chicago centroid. Ready-for-Service targeted 2026; operational status as of 2026-07-07 unconfirmed (may already be online - revisit).
