What the source record says
Metro's incentive record lists the parcel address as 5900 Crossings Boulevard, Antioch (Parcel ID 17400003200, Council District 33); the street field is left empty here because that address could not be reconciled against the mapped building footprint used for the coordinates, which reverse-geocodes to Old Franklin Road. The 834-position figure is Metro's reported employment at the site, not a data-center staffing figure, so no jobs value is asserted.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
