What the source record says
Announced May 2026 as the anchor of Fisk's ~$1 billion "Quantum Leap" campus master plan. The 100,000 sq ft Innovation & Technology Center splits into 30,000 sq ft of academic space and a 70,000 sq ft, 30MW technology shell that DCD reports will be set aside for a data-center partner not yet named; the $400m figure is that portion of the project, not the whole master plan. Fisk itself avoids the phrase "data center" and calls it an Innovation & Technology Center. Site is five undeveloped acres, a former athletics track just west of Johnson Gymnasium at 17th Avenue North and Herman Street in the 37208 ZIP. Still awaiting Nashville Metropolitan Planning Commission approval as of the sources' dates, so status is proposed. Coordinates are a geocode of Herman Street within 37208, not a parcel; no source states lat/lon. No subsidy agreement is mentioned in either source.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
