Confirmed: Fauquier County Planning Commission voted 4-1 on June 18 to recommend DENIAL of the original 202-acre, 2.2M sq ft (800MW) application. Rather than proceed to a Board of Supervisors vote on that denied application, the developer WITHDREW the application entirely on Aug 25, 2025 (per fauquiernow.com, corroborated by DCD).
