    Phase I complete: 133MW critical IT load (200MW gross power) delivered to CoreWeave under 15-year leases (two 5-year extension options); rent commencement Q2 2026. Phase II (260MW critical IT load) in development, deliveries expected H1 2027. CoreWeave's total commitment across all phases now 526MW critical IT load. Total approved campus capacity 1.63GW, potential to scale to 3.6GW. Campus now spans 2,200+ acres (expanded from the original 160-acre site).
