The cited HPCMP notice describes 'an HPE EX-4000 system of 277,248 AMD EPYC "Genoa" compute cores, 563 terabytes of memory, 5 petabytes of usable storage, including 4 PB of NVMe-based solid state storage' delivering 'an additional 9 petaFLOPs of computational capability.' No megawatt or square-footage figure is published in the source read, so capacity is omitted. Coordinates are an OpenStreetMap geocode of ERDC's published 3909 Halls Ferry Road address; the DSRC occupies a specific building on the campus that is not separately mapped, hence precision 'approximate'. ERDC's own erdc.usace.army.mil pages returned HTTP 403 this session and are therefore not cited.
