What the source record says
Formerly Terremark's "NAP of the Americas"; acquired by Equinix from Verizon in a 29-facility, $3.6B portfolio deal that closed May 1, 2017. Equinix's own technical spec sheet reports 296,775 sq ft of colocation space (255,512 sq ft in MI1-1&2, 41,263 sq ft in MI1-3) -- distinct from the widely-repeated but unsourced 750,000 sq ft gross-building figure. No single headline MW capacity is disclosed by the operator (spec sheet lists standby/UPS power per floor rather than a total IT-load figure); aggregators report conflicting, unconfirmed estimates in the 17-28 MW range. No AI/HPC-specific marketing found for this facility.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
