What the source record says
Proposed ~1,940-acre, up to 43M sq ft data center/industrial campus along Sanders Lane in the Gainesville District, near the Loudoun County border -- a geographically and procedurally distinct site from the also-cancelled Prince William Digital Gateway (Pageland Lane/Thoroughfare area, tracked separately as prince-william-digital-gateway-va). Prince William County Board of Supervisors voted 8-0 on 2026-07-07 to deny the comprehensive plan amendment needed to advance the project, citing infrastructure capacity, environmental impact, traffic, and land-use compatibility concerns. No named developer/operator was identified in the available source.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
