What the source record says

Dermody Properties received approval in May 2024 to develop this 20-acre site as a 350,000 sq ft distribution warehouse; the building remains vacant and the revised plan would convert it to a data center, repurposing the tractor-trailer loading dock area for generator equipment and adding an on-site electrical substation, perimeter fencing and guard shacks. The plans do not name the technology company that would operate the facility, and no capacity figure has been published. Distinct from the PowerHouse/Poe Camp Ground Road campus already tracked, which is about 1.5 km away in the same council district. Coordinates are a geocode of the street address.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
