Multi-tenant colocation and managed-hosting facility on a 6.5-acre site in the Thad Cochran Research, Technology and Economic Development Park. C Spire's release describes a 23,800 sq ft initial phase with a $23 million price tag and generators plus multiple independent power feeds that 'will produce 1.5 megawatts of power'; the 1.5 MW figure is that stated electrical capacity, not a measured IT load. Data Center Knowledge gives the built size as 24,000 sq ft. Both sources note C Spire operates two further Mississippi data centers, in Ridgeland and downtown Jackson; neither source gives siting detail for those, so they are not recorded here.
