Described by Oppidan as one of only two ground-up data center projects underway in Minnesota at time of announcement. 61,000 sq ft on 22.1 acres of YMCA-owned land (subdivided early 1990s), off Argenta Trail south of the YMCA; developer entity CLOP Eagan MN, LLC. Construction began June 2025; full operation expected December 2026.
