No city/address disclosed anywhere in the filing — company language is only 'positioned between Houston and Austin'; Austin County (seat Bellville) fits that framing, so coordinates are an approximate county reference point, not a parcel. Targeting energization of >200 MW in H1 2027. Explicitly framed by named CleanSpark executives (CBO, SVP of AI Data Centers) as an AI/HPC campus, not continued bitcoin mining or generic cloud — clears the schema's evidence bar for aiClassification.
