Cipher exercised its option to acquire the ground lease/purchase rights in February 2026. Part of Cipher's ~3.4 GW / 8-site HPC pipeline (Cipher Digital, formerly Cipher Mining). Coordinates approximate (Brady, TX geocode). Cipher Mining was renamed Cipher Digital.
