Part of Cipher's ~3.4 GW / 8-site HPC pipeline (Cipher Digital, formerly Cipher Mining). Coordinates approximate (McLennan County / Waco geocode; specific parcel not disclosed). Cipher Mining was renamed Cipher Digital.
