What the source record says

Swiss fertilizer developer Atlas Agro offered the City of Richland just under $24 million for 275 acres in the Northwest Advanced Clean Energy Park, adjacent to its planned zero-carbon nitrate fertilizer plant. The campus would comprise five data center buildings of roughly 500,000 sq ft each, with construction targeted to begin in 2027. Columbia Riverkeeper's February 2026 report puts the campus's power requirement at at least 320 MW. Power would come via a Bonneville Power Administration line serving both the data center and the fertilizer plant. Atlas Agro's North American president describes the data center as 'a partner that helps us build the necessary power and utility infrastructure.' Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the stated address.
