What the source record says
The state government's own consolidated data center, on the East Capitol Campus. Ecology's data-center permit index lists it under its former agency name, the Washington Department of Information Services, which was reorganised into Washington Technology Solutions; the operator recorded here is the current occupant named on the Capitol Campus page. Coordinates are the OSM polygon for the 1500 Jefferson Building, which contains but is larger than the data center wing. No capacity figure is published.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
