Identity, owner, address, county and coordinates are from the Arkansas DEQ Permit Data System facility record AFIN 04-01474, which names the site "WAL-MART DGTC/ISD #9280" with alternate name "EAST DATA CENTER", owner WALMART INC, status Active. Coordinates are ADEQ's own (36.364241, -94.182712; NAD83, ADEQ photo interpolation, measured 2013-02-04), which supersede the earlier US Census street geocode they sit ~87 m from. precision remains approximate: the campus holds several buildings and the specific data-hall footprint is not established. capacityMw omitted: the aggregator figures disagree (10-25 MW vs 12.884 MW) and neither is a primary source. ⚠ datacenter.fyi (source 1) additionally states the site "connects to the El Paso Electric power grid" — El Paso Electric serves only West Texas and southern New Mexico and has no Arkansas service territory, so that field is a data-quality error in that source and nothing from it is relied on beyond corroborating the site's existence.
