Pierce CDA #2, Millcreek CDA, and Tech Ridge CDA — formerly the St. George Airport Community Development Project Area), none covering the Tonaquint corridor at 1108 West 1600 South; the facility instead sits within Tonaquint Business Park, a privately developed park built by the site's own developer to attract tech companies, not a public redevelopment district. No city or state filing names Valor C3. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 sales-tax exemption is self-executing.
