What the source record says
A real, currently-operating federal HPC installation on Maui: one of five DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers, run as an Air Force Research Laboratory Center managed by the University of Hawaiʻi since 1993. A new $11,980,000 Department of War contract awarded to UH in January 2026 (work through May 2031, for satellite-resiliency research/modeling) confirms it is still active as of this wave, not a legacy listing. None of the three fetched sources publish a street address. Business directories (Yelp, Yellow Pages) independently and consistently name 550 Lipoa Pkwy, Kihei as the address, and the US Census geocoder resolves that exact string to a valid address at this zip (96753); however, both directory pages themselves returned HTTP 403 when fetched directly this session, so the address is corroborated but not confirmed via a source this record can cite in sources[]. Precision is approximate accordingly. No AI-specific capability was named in what was fetched (the recent contract is satellite-resiliency modeling), so aiClassification is omitted rather than guessed.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
