Jessup/Olyphant border. Converted from a 4-warehouse plan to up to 9 proposed data centers; ~$80M land acquisition; first building targeted 2027. Rezoning/litigation resolved via an Olyphant Borough Council settlement. PPL confirmed a transmission project is being built to serve it but would not name the customer (NDA). One of three competing, previously-untracked proposals in the Lackawanna County cluster (see also Project Gravity and Wildcat Ridge, both added this session). Coordinates are approximate.
