What the source record says
Proposed as two warehouse-style server buildings plus a 230 kV substation, battery energy storage and perimeter fencing, maximum 40-foot height with dark-sky-compliant lighting. The city page states 200-300 construction/testing jobs and 25-40 permanent technical positions; these ranges are not recorded as point values in the jobs field. Reported as a joint venture of Skylar Capital, Arevon Energy and Overwatch Capital, but that ownership was read only in a search summary and is not asserted here. Status is kept at proposed rather than cancelled: the withdrawal was of the city-land application, not of the project.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
Status history supplied by the source
