Proposed on the Gallup/McKinley County Regional Tradeport off Carbon Coal Road, north of Mentmore. Teraplex is a Washington, D.C.-based firm incorporated in late 2025; co-founder Greg Thompson is the public spokesperson, and he has named Oracle, Meta, Amazon and Microsoft only as example tenant types, not as signed tenants. Agreement terms require land purchase within four years and construction start within five years of purchase or the city may cancel.
