What the source record says
Marketing-stage only: no permit, no township application, no end user. Capacity tiers advertised by the promoters (25 MW / 50 MW / 500-1,000 MW, phased) are sales material, not committed capacity, and are deliberately NOT recorded in capacityMw. Press places the site in Forsyth Township; the OSM geocode for the K.I. Sawyer place resolves inside Sands Township — the former base straddles both, so only the county is asserted here.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
