Proposed AI data center ~35 miles north of Madison in the Town of Pacific, Columbia County. At $10 billion it would have been among the largest data centers proposed in Wisconsin, with 400 permanent jobs and a planned 2027 opening. The proposal was dropped in 2026 after the developer declined a public review process. Coordinates are an approximate town-level centroid.
