Phased plan: Phase 1 a 10-MW modular data center system with battery energy storage targeted for late 2026; Phase 2 expansion to 20–30 MW (reported as "as much as 100 megawatts" in 2027 by River News); Phase 3 a 100-MW regional compute hub. capacityMw.planned records the 100-MW full build-out. The foundry operated for more than 180 years until it closed in 2023. Under HB 2014 the project is exempt from county/municipal zoning and building permitting.
