What the source record says
Land assemblage only — memorandums of purchase agreement with 13 landowners along Southwest 58th Street just west of Hallam, giving exclusivity windows of roughly six months to four years. Sagebrush Infrastructure Partners LLC was acquired by Tel Aviv-based Stark Power in June 2026 as part of a reported 5.6 GW US development pipeline; the Hallam site is one of five planned hyperscale campuses targeting MISO and SPP territory. Coordinates are an approximation of the reported SW 58th Street assemblage west of Hallam; no parcel map has been published. Distinct from the separate 35 MW Monolith/Crusoe proposal inside the Village of Hallam's zoning jurisdiction.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
