What the source record says
A roughly 250,000 sq ft facility proposed on nearly 300 acres across six parcels fronting U.S. 33 along the Athens–Dover township line, across from Athens High School. Land is owned by NML Gallia LLC. No formal development application had been filed as of late July 2026.
