What the source record says

Neither Ritter release gives the Data Technology Center's street address; both say only 'Jonesboro.' The pin is an OpenStreetMap geocode of Ritter's published Jonesboro address, 2400 Ritter Drive (OSM now labels that point 'RightFiber', Ritter's rebranded business), used as a company-campus-level approximation. The DTC has NOT been confirmed to sit at that address, so no street or postalCode is recorded. The two Ritter releases give different square footage (8,882 SF at groundbreaking, 8,544 SF at opening) and different rack counts (60 vs 82 full racks) - both are recorded verbatim in statusHistory rather than reconciled. Small (0.75 MW) carrier/colocation facility, comparable in scale to the already-tracked TierPoint Little Rock record.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
