What the source record says
Five separate applications in Upper Merion Township totaling about 4.6 million sq ft, on parcels including 411 Swedeland Road (1.6M sq ft), 2201/2301/2701/2901 Renaissance Blvd (1.9M sq ft), 2100 Renaissance Road (187,000 sq ft) and 3200 Horizon Drive (370,000 sq ft). Applicant entities are affiliated with MLP Ventures founder Brian O'Neill. Filed just before Upper Merion's March 2026 data center ordinance took effect, so reviewed under the prior rules. A company document cited by DeSmog puts campus investment at $35.16 billion; that figure is not independently corroborated, so investmentUsd is omitted. Distinct site from MLP Ventures' Plymouth Township proposal.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
