County-owned 251-acre industrial site off Trestle Road near U.S. 301 outside Enfield; the data center campus itself is described as roughly 14–15 acres with a 90,000–100,000 sq ft building. Phase 1 about 38 MW, final about 88 MW. Minimum contractual commitment is a $250M taxable investment and 50 permanent jobs; the company said the eventual investment could approach $1 billion — that larger figure is aspirational, not committed.
