Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors proposed an eight-building, $1.3 billion campus on the former Brassie Golf Club site, with annexation of the southernmost 27 acres along Pearson Road.

Provident notified Chesterton officials it was withdrawing its application and the annexation request after the Town Council said it could never support the project at that scale and location.
