What the source record says

202 acres on Southern Boulevard, approximately 3.7 miles west of Seminole Pratt Whitney Road, Loxahatchee. Phillips Inc. and TPA Group involved in development under PBA Holdings. Original 2016 zoning covered 206,000 sq ft; current application for 1.79M sq ft data center plus 1.9M sq ft warehouse. MW capacity not disclosed. End user likely a major hyperscaler but not publicly identified. Coordinates are approximate site location. Re-checked 2026-09-10: cancelled status confirmed. Palm Beach County commissioners denied the development order amendment 5-1 on 2026-07-15 ('without prejudice', meaning the developer could refile); a previously approved warehouse/data-center plan for the same site under the separate Central Park Commerce Center development remains in place.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners denied the Project Tango hyperscale-data-center development-order amendment on a 5-1 vote on 2026-07-16, after a 12-hour hearing with overflow crowds. A smaller data-center use (~206,000 sq ft, alongside ~1.8M sq ft of warehouse) remains approved under the 2016 Central Park Commerce Center zoning at the 202-acre site (20125 Southern Blvd), where construction continues under that prior approval.
