Coordinates are an approximate geocode of Prosperity, SC — Mid-Carolina Commerce Park II did not resolve in OSM. Recorded as cancelled because the enabling land-sale ordinance was denied and a 12-month county moratorium followed. Re-checked 2026-09-10: 'cancelled' status remains accurate and is now more strongly confirmed. Newberry County Council unanimously voted to DENY the land-sale ordinance in June 2026, then on 2026-07-15 confirmed a 12-month moratorium on accepting any new data-center permits countywide.
