What the source record says
Nutley approved a redevelopment plan for 11 acres at 275 Kingsland Street, at the intersection with Cathedral Avenue, that 'can accommodate a major data center and other permitted uses'. The site is part of the 116-acre ON3 campus, the former Hoffmann-La Roche North American headquarters acquired by Prism in 2016; the parcel previously carried a truck-depot proposal that was withdrawn after community objections. No site plan application, end operator or megawatt figure has been made public, so capacityMw is omitted.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
