What the source record says

2 GW AI training campus on a 568-acre parcel of the Mitchell family's Longfellow Ranch in Pecos County, near Fort Stockton. Coordinate anchored on Fort Stockton (nearest named town in coverage); exact parcel not publicly disclosed. CoreWeave was original anchor tenant (15-year, 250 MW lease, 40,000 Nvidia GB300 GPUs) but terminated the lease in late March 2026 after Poolside's Series C funding round failed to close; site reported idle as of mid-2026. Not a community finding, but material and worth flagging for maintainer review: CoreWeave (the announced anchor tenant) mutually terminated its agreement for Project Horizon around April 2026 after Poolside failed to stand up its first GPU cluster on schedule, and Poolside's associated ~$2B Nvidia-led funding round also fell through. As of late July 2026 Poolside was seeking a replacement partner (reportedly including Google) for up to 400MW, with no anchor tenant signed as of that reporting. The record's status ('proposed') isn't necessarily wrong, but the originally announced 2GW/CoreWeave deal that justified the record no longer stands as described. The dispatching brief for this run scoped only 'community' fields -- flagging this rather than silently omitting it, since fields.community does not fit this fact.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
