What the source record says
NYSE's own matching-engine data center, opened for trading August 9, 2010 (per Computerworld and Data Center Knowledge). 400,000 sq ft total, roughly 100,000 sq ft of raised-floor colocation space planned across four pods. Heavily fortified: a river/moat around the perimeter, bomb-sniffing dogs, and an interior 'building within a building.' Inflect's listing names the facility 'EuronextNJ1.' Coordinates are a geocode of the street address embedded in Inflect's own page, not a confirmed parcel boundary, hence approximate.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
