What the source record says
300-acre industrial campus between Vanden Road and North Gate Road in northeast Fairfield, near the Vacaville border. The Fairfield Planning Commission approved a master development permit for a 4.6-million-sq-ft industrial park here in 2023; the 150 MW data-center figure comes from developer/broker (Jones Lang LaSalle and NorthPoint) presentation materials for that broader park, and no data-center-specific application had been filed as of this reporting. Canon Partners (itself controlled by Andrews Lando & Associates and Stroud Properties) is also named as a co-developer. PG&E began an infrastructure/engineering cost study around Q3 2025 and issued an engineering agreement in December 2025. A public hearing would still be required before any data-center-specific approval. Coordinates are geocoded to Vanden Road in Fairfield only (no confirmed parcel or street address), so treat the pin as a rough area marker.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
