What the source record says
A proposed second Hopkinsville facility, separate from the operator's existing ~15 MW bitcoin mine at the Holland Substation. The location, footprint, construction cost and development schedule have not been disclosed, so the coordinates are the Hopkinsville city centroid and are approximate only — the actual site is unknown. A draft Hopkinsville zoning amendment developed after this proposal surfaced would prohibit 'hyper-scale' facilities of 75 MW or more and set setbacks by size class; a special-called public hearing was held July 27, 2026.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
