What the source record says
Tier 3 colocation facility built in 2020, offering colocation, cross-connects, remote hands, backup generation and managed services. New Era Technology's own locations page lists only a Milwaukee-area office (10400 West Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa) and does not mention Appleton, so the address rests on a directory listing corroborated by the Journal Sentinel's statewide map — hence "reported". The directory also publishes a PUE of 1.40, which is not recorded here because it is not attributed to the operator.
