What the source record says
Site address (1 Katahdin Ave) and 1,400-acre complex size independently confirmed by EPA (sourceIndex 2, a Brownfields cleanup release, not about this project). No source found specifies exactly which 13 acres of the complex were slated for the data center, so precision is approximate rather than exact. The mill site has since been rebranded 'One North' by nonprofit redeveloper Our Katahdin and is pursuing smaller-footprint tenants (biofuels, aquaculture) instead. Coordinates: OpenStreetMap Nominatim building match 'Great Northern Paper Administration Building' at this address (way/355222391), cross-checked against the US Census geocoder (onelineaddress) which landed ~230m away on the same site; OSM building match used per contract preference.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
