What the source record says
328-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Hillandale Road and Enterprise Way in northwest Davenport, held through Vemerald LLC, described in a state news release as a wholly owned subsidiary of Meta Platforms, Inc. State board documents from May 2024 said Meta would evaluate the parcel until Q1 2025, break ground by Q4 2025 and complete the data center by end of 2027. As of March 2026 the land had been purchased but construction had not started, so status is held at proposed rather than under_construction. Job count is 35 at $28.76/hour or more per state board documents; Davenport city documents put it at 50. Distinct site from the tracked Meta Altoona campus.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
