What the source record says
Four-building campus totalling roughly 1.2 million sq ft on 74 acres, served by a planned 300 MW substation; the 104 MW figure is the reported supported IT load at full buildout, not the substation rating. Menlo's own site markets the project as 'Richmond Virginia Data Center'. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the cited street address.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
