Operator/end user is deliberately recorded as undisclosed: neither the developer nor the eventual tenant has been publicly identified — an attorney at Dykema Gossett PLLC notified city officials in February 2026 on behalf of an unnamed client. Investment: WILX quotes the city manager on a 'minimum investment of a billion dollars' (recorded here); the Baldori Law tracker separately states a 'minimum $500 million taxable investment' — these are different measures (total investment vs taxable base) and the divergence is recorded rather than reconciled. Expected tax capture reported at $7.6 million annually. NO megawatt capacity, water figure, or job count is stated in either source, so those fields are omitted.
