Formerly referred to as Project Blackjack; sited on the Manse Road corridor near the southern entrance to Pahrump along Highway 160, roughly 1,100 feet from the nearest homes. Developer states $18.4 billion of capital investment at full buildout and $114 million in annual Nye County property taxes; a separate figure of $8.4 billion appeared in other reporting and was not resolved this session, so the developer's own $18.4B is recorded. Design features include screening berms, rooftop parapets for sound reduction and a target of roughly 55 dB at the property line. No megawatt capacity has been disclosed. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027 with a five-year buildout, pending approvals that the county moratorium currently blocks.
