Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. Ogden City RDA's nine active project areas (CBD Mall, Ogden River, East Washington, Trackline, Kiesel, Adams, Continental, Flagship, Airport) carry no mention of the 526 W 17th Street facility or of Lumen in their published descriptions, board minutes, or bond packets; the only named tax-increment recipient found in RDA search results is Williams International, unrelated to this site. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
