What the source record says
About 180,000 sq ft (113,000 sq ft of IT space) and 14.4 MW on a 6-acre campus in the Elyria-Swansea industrial area, in a retrofitted 1946 building. Uptime Tier III-certified construction; operator cites a 1.2 PUE. Roughly half a mile from the CoreSite DE3 site but a separate operator and parcel.
