A $1.7 billion proposal for five buildings of about 150,000 sq ft each across roughly 99 acres on four parcels near Mount Pleasant Road and U.S. Route 422, west of Annville Borough, by York-based Inch & Co. in a joint venture with Eastern Land & Resources Co. The application sought rezoning of about 58 acres to I-1 industrial. Withdrawn May 13, 2026. Coordinate is a township-centroid geocode.
