What the source record says

5-acre parcel (of the historic 99-acre Hungerford tract) fronting I-4 at Wymore Rd -- governing municipality is Eatonville, not Maitland; HostDime's own current marketing copy lists a mailing address of "1 Innovative Pl, Maitland, FL 32751" while an aggregator (baxtel) lists "1000 Wymore Rd, Eatonville, FL" for the same building -- both addresses are disputed/unverifiable via parcel search, so no street field is recorded. 100,000 sq ft, 7-story building, 3 data-center floors, >1,000 racks. Groundbreaking May 2021; HostDime's own landing page and data-sheet page disagree on completion quarter (Q3 2026 vs Q2 2026) and the project has slipped repeatedly since an original ~2024 target; as of ClickOrlando's June 2026 report the facility was still not open. Investment is conflicting and stale: GrowthSpotter (Oct 2023) reported an original $35M budget grown to $58M actual (65.7% overrun); a separately-circulating $100M figure is single-sourced and unreconciled, so no investmentUsd is recorded. No disclosed capacityMw. Distinct from HostDime's unrelated, already-operational 25,000 sq ft Tier III facility at 440 W Kennedy Blvd, Orlando. Eatonville Town Council (led by Councilwoman Wanda Randolph) has pushed a transparency measure over electricity/water use, noise, and appearance, and has assessed missed-deadline fines ($250-500/day); this intersects Florida SB 484 (effective July 1, 2026), which expands local authority over large-load customers and data-center water permits. Re-checked 2026-09-10: still under_construction. HostDime has requested multiple deadline extensions from the town of Eatonville (this is the third); September 2026 reporting says the facility could open as early as October 2026 pending final inspection.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
