What the source record says
18,700 sq ft computer room (1.6 MW equipment load) inside a 543,610 sq ft, 44.13-acre multi-tenant office complex built 1982; Tier III, LEED Silver. Originally built out by Stream Data Centers, later Zayo (2017); current Honda operator attribution is per aggregator listing only (checked 2026-09-13), not an operator press release, so confidence is 'reported' rather than 'confirmed'. The same building separately houses Intrado Life & Safety's own headquarters/data-center operation (per public directory listings, 2026-09-13) — a distinct facility, not captured here for lack of independently-verified capacity detail; worth a follow-up pass. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of the building address, not a confirmed suite/parcel.
